2 Free Rescued Puppies in Cumming, GA

Found these 2 beautiful puppies dumped on the side of the road. They're both sweet as can be. Living in my basement at the moment. I'm leaving for Michigan in less than 2 weeks and they need a home before then. Preferably outdoors but away from traffic (Fenced in backyard?)

About 12 wks old.
Look like Border collie crosses, maybe some australian shepherd in them.
Both females.

just a suggestion...please charge a small adoption fee (like $50) to insure the dogs aren't used for bait or for medical research.

No. I'm finding these puppies a good home. I assure you I'm checking with everyone who is looking into them. I'm not interested in money. I'm not charging an "adoption fee."

then don't be shocked if they end up dead. People who use these free dogs are pros at deceving people. They will look like a good home.

Every. single. rescue group and humane society suggests a person charge an adoption fee...its for the dogs own safety, not for money.

Crisophynx is right. They ARE very good. Go ahead and charge something so they don't end up being used for bait or medical research. We all know it isn't about the money. But we don't want anything to happen to those beauties either!

These dogs are precious. I've always wanted a border collie, but already have two loving poodles. I'm sure you won't have any problem finding a great home for them.

Do be really careful though. I live close to a large teaching University and we have dogs just disappear all the time. People take them there and sell them. I'm sure they are paid well for the dogs.

Sorry, I might be reviving an old thread, but can anyone explain to me why charge an adoption fee? I mean, 50 dollars is quite a low sum of money. If the person wants to use the dogs as bait or medical research, 50 dollars shouldn't be a problem for them right?

Awww They Are Sooo Adorable!!! I Hope You Find Great,Loving Homes For Them!!! You Should Keep Us Updated! And,I'm Not Really Sure If You Should Have "An Adoption Fee" Or Not? That's Totally Up To You...I'm Not Saying You NEED To,OR They WILL DIE! (lol...That's Just a Little Bogus)...Not Everyone Who Goes & Gets a Free Dog Is Going To Abuse Them,Or Hurt Them...?! BUT,Just Be Very Careful,& Do NOT Give Them To ANYONE That You Feel Weary About,Ya Know! Hope This Helps! (=
