Takeing my dog into Canada?

Hi guys the trucking company that I am going to be working for takes loads into Canada on occasion so in case I get one of these loads I need to know what do I need to have for Charlie at the border? I have his shot records and stuff but do not know if there is anything else I may need.

Let me ask my parents tonight for you-they take Mandy to the US usually about four times a year Talk to your vet about any additional worming you might need-I know Mandy needs more pills when she goes South but I don't know if it's true the other way around-but your vet will know.

I believe all my parents need at the border are her vet records. And I'm not sure how that works as Mandy has not had vaccinations since she got cancer three years ago (my vet refuses to give them to her) so she must have a waiver too *shrugs* I'll ask
