Introducing a pup to a blind dog

Hi,

I hope someone can give some advice on how to introduce a puppy to a blind dog. My 8 year old Jack Russell Terrier is diabetic and lost her sight (but none of her spunk) two years ago. I'm worried she might react badly when my German Shorthaired Pointer pup arrives later this week.

What's the best way to go about introducing them?

Well, dogs rely mostly on their smell when meeting new creatures, so it shouldn't be much of a problem.

Just as UnDeadKnight1 said, they rely on their sense of smell.

And I'd love to see pictures of the puppy. There was a German Shorthaired Pointer in the vet clinic I worked at today...beautiful!!!
