Dog beds...from your dog?!?
Well as we know some dog breeds need grooming...like a good haircut.
I own a Standard Poodle, Liza, and I go to a groomer every 3-4 months. And he suggested me to keep the cut hairs from Liza and make a pillow. So I started to collect her hairs and now after a year I made a pillow/bed from her haircuts!

It is really nice and very soft and also has her smell and Liza loves it!!
IMO a good idea for cheap new beds for dogs...lol! Grab a pillowcase and fill it with dog hair...lol!

That is kind of neato!!! Thanks for sharing!

I think we do have a dog bed made of hair-it's really our bed, but Mikey is on it so much that it gets covered in fur LOL

Hahaha...lol Mikey!!

I'll see if I can borrow a friend's camera! (take some photos of the dog too) ...although you will only see a typical pillowcase cause I have sewed it so the hair doesn't fall out! ...lol

I have heard of people spinning the hair into yarn and knitting with it.
