The Christmas Litter

Please welcome, Momma Cocoa and the Christmas Litter!

This litter of 9, (four girls, five boys) are Pitbull mixes and are 2.5-3 weeks old, not quite sure what else is in them. Cocoa is 4-5 years old; Super sweet, a great mom, and has no problem with us handling the pups, but is very big, (at least 50lbs) and strong which is being a bit of a challenge as she is able to drag me around, leash work is in her near future!

The dog warden received a call about a mom and pups living under a trailer, they went out and found the whole group and brought them to us. Mom has scars on her in several places, but is thankfully not underweight.

Anyways, enough talk, let's get onto the cute puppy pictures.

Cocoa:

A couple group shots:

And just a bunch of random cuteness, individual photos coming later.

What a beautiful family! They are so lucky to have been found and brought to you.

I wonder who was taking care of mama, she looks in way to good shape to have been out on the streets for very long.

I know! Found it at Walmart and just had to have it. It was really funny because I got the blanket about a week before this group arrived and I was like, "I just have to have a Christmas litter so I can take cute photos on this blanket!", lol!

I believe the people who called the dog wardens were feeding her as she was found under a trailer right next to their house.

@ revolutionrocknroll: Don't have individual photos yet, but I added their names over them on this group shot.

They are absolutely precious! I'm so happy you found some more dogs and puppies to foster. I loved following the Virtue Litter so looking forward to keeping UTD on The Christmas Litter

All the puppies are adorable, but my favorite have to be Comet and Frost. I love their golden colors and white facial markings! I love Glory's white face as well. Kind of reminds me of the bald face marking on a horse!
