Talking (all share) suprising or funny or ???

Ok tell me what your dog does that totally knocks your socks off! Or makes you crack up. Or is so quirky your sure only your pooch does it (or even others).
Share your funny, weird or bizarre or hysterical story

Couple to start us off

Yesterday I came home at lunch and Mikey has now taken to greeting us at the door with a toy (Something all my dogs have done so I can't help but think I've created this somehow or another) and he brought his giant faceless stuffed husky (it didn't come that way). While he trotted around proudly as if I'd just given him the toy and it was new and full of awesome-he decided he wanted to take it outside. Well I live in Edmonton and under our 2.5 feet of snow are countless rawhides and toys-not to mention on top of the snow are more then enough toys. 20$ stuffed animals stay inside. So I let him out but took the dog toy. He always drops it but wouldn't-so he didn't get to go inside-I shut the door and he paraded around some more -his tail whipping him in the face he was wagging it so hard. When he showed signs of slowing down the excitement I asked if he was going to put his toy away. And he trotted down the hall to the bedroom (where conceivably toys are put away-since that's where we keep them)

JAW DROP
I was impressed

Mikey is terrified of his water bowl *facepalm* he's always had an automatic water bowl-you know the kind with a big blue upside down bottle? So anyways we got him bigger stuff-he's got a food bowl suitable for a great dane (we free feed) and the largest auto waterer they make. However it makes louder gurgles when refilling. And he's scared of it. *sigh* I noticed because my comp is right beside his 'refueling station'. He takes a few licks and watches. And then some more licks and watches. And on until it gurgles-at which point he tucks tail and runs.
I'm working on desensitizing him-but hysterical laughter is slowing me down

Chili barks at his reflection in the entertainment center som'times.

Tippy sleeps in a cat cubicle.

Critter will not sleep in a dog bed...it has to be hard floor.

Emma's crate got moved after almost a year and the first night I went to feed her after I moved it, she was laying where it used to be. LOL

That totally reminds me of rabbits-if you litter train them and move the litter box they will totally potty where it used to be

well now she goes for the spot, gets half way there, and then has a lightbulb moment and runs to where it really is...

the first two days I really had to convince her the crate, not the spot, was the correct answer. She was positive she had it right.

Mine are relatively normal.

Cleo sleeps with her eyes wide open (Extremely creepy). I think I showed a pic of that here.

Missy has a ritual whenever it is bedtime. She will run in circles as fast as she can for up to 15 minutes or until she falls down dizzy. Then she staggers over to the water dish, and takes a drink. Finally, she will walk over sit down next to me and put her head in my lap. She is a weirdo.

Sometimes I think she has been stiffing something illegal.

Aha..I think I shared this before but it is really hilarious! My parents were in the US and so Emmy had to stay in the farm alone until afternoon when I came back with the sheep. So when I opened the door and got in with my horse Emmy was acting really crazy jumping growling and making other weird noises trying to reach my head for a lick. She was bitting my shoes hitting the horse who got scared and started making circles. Then Emmy decided it was time for her attack! She bit the horse's tail growling and trying to get the horse down. She had the tail even when the horse tried to run and only let her go when I took her in my lap!

LOL I have many crazy and funny stories about this JRT!

LMAO Heeheheheh love them

This is a new behavior for Mikey-just the last few weeks. The snow at the dog park on the paths is pretty hard packed and dirty so he's started digging down and then eating that snow! And he's taught all his friends-it was so amazing to watch-they all stopped and watched him-and one by one dug their own holes for a drink of snow! Very cool

And another new behavior, Brandy taught Mikey that sticks are fun and he learned that he can taunt dogs to chase him when he has a stick. So now he's constantly carrying sticks and teasing dogs hehe
