Hello, i am having a huge with my 10 month old Rottie-Lab cross, he likes to chew my girlfriends things, sumtimes mine, and sometimes cords, he can go weeks without doin it and one day youll find him in the bedroom with everything destroyed, he knows what hes doin is bad but yet continues to do it. please any suggestions are welcome.

Have you tried hard toys like this:
Grreat Choice™ Medium Squeaky Tire with Rope - Toys - Dog - PetSmart

I've heard that hard toys resist the thought of chewing something human and just the toy. It helps with teething too.

Can you tell us how much exercise the dog gets and how much stimulation?
I think he is just bored!

It sounds like you need to really puppy proof your home!
Never leave him unsupervised and never leave anything out unless you don't mind it being chewed up!
You can make your own cord protectors with pvc pipe. If he is chewing on furniture you could try some bitter apple spray (though it does not always work because some dogs seem to like the taste). If you need more tips or ideas on how to puppy proof just let us know!

Also, I would really up the exercise and provide plently of mental stimulation.
For more physical exercise you could add in an extra walk or go on a longer walk. I also highly recommend flirt poles!!!
For mental stimulation provide him with treat dispensing toys (kongs, tug-a-jug, buster cubes, etc).
You would probably also find it really beneficial to start training your dog if you have not already done so. Anything from Kikopup on youtube is really good!

By stimulation I don't mean attention tho.......I mean games/commands/a task to follow to exercise his mind

How much exercise in hours does he get daily? How many walks?

Maybe you can start crate training See these links

Hes bored, bottom line. Take whatever exercise your doing and double it. Also start a training routine so hes not so stir crazy, and perhaps look into crate training.
