Oh Crio!!!
heheh
I was chatting with mum and was talking about observational learning and what a duh I pulled thinking Mandy would learn by wathcing... (She's a psych nurse plus BSc in psych soo tons of behavior/learning)
And she pointed out (want your opinion!!)
I've shared how Mandy reacted to TV....So Air Bud was on....and Mandy immediately wanted 'out' which was weird-she generally mauls the tv. Most people dust their tv, we wipe dog goobers off it
And she came in with her basketball.
I'm not kidding...She took it in (never had before ever, it was an outside toy) and strode in front of the TV, ignored the dog on tv (Air bud) and shoved the ball in our face...
I know-huskies are weird...but what do you think?
I'm not saying in terms of her 'aggression' but in terms of observation-like how weird is that???
And I'm not making up this story either (swear it!!) I may have shared elsewhere on the forum
but I'd taught Mandy to speak, and sing, and then to play guitar. I had a couple over and was like 'oh you wanna see my dog play guitar? Its sweet. and I want to pair it with sing'...and took the guitar to her, she strummed it, looked at me and sang...she'd never seen someone play guitar and sing, let alone had it paired-had to be the convo she picked up on...probably assigning too much intelligence here right? She did it for some other reason I'm sure..just can't figure-and have to share!
