how do i stop my Puppy from jumping up on me and people when we have food? its embarassing and annoying... also how do i stop her from jumping on everything, the bed(s) , chairs, adomen, tables, out of her playpen, and on just EVERYTHING!! she doesn't listen too well and she's so whinny and dosobediant. i try everything to stop her ; folding my arms , ignoring her, saying no, I've even pushed her away. . You basically need to teach her what you would like her to do instead of jumping. I would start out on working on the jumping without tasty human food involved (though you will still want to reward 4 paws on the floor with treats). In the meantime keep her away from the table during meals. You can crate her or even put her in a puppy proofed area. I would also be sure to give her something (perhaps a stuffed kong) to keep her occupied so that you and your guests can eat in peace.
Hopefully this video will help you!

Personally I would find a really good trainer (look for one that uses positive reinforcement)and sign up for a class. That way you have someone who can help you teach your puppy the basics and also help you first hand with these issues. This site should help you find a trainer!

Oh! I wouldn't push your puppy away from you. Many pups see that as an invitation to play so they come right back and often more intensely than before.

Also, it sounds like your puppy has some pent up energy! Min Pins are normally high energy and smart. You are likely going to need to find ways to provide both physical AND mental exercise. Remember, a tired puppy is a good puppy!
Just a few ideas...
For physical exercise:
-increase the number or length of your walks
-Puppy play dates
-fetch
-flirt pole
For mental stimulation:
-clicker training
-food dispensing toys or food puzzles
-hide treats around a room for your dog to find
-the cup/clamshell game
-Nosework games http://www.dogforum.com/dog-training/nosework-9594/

Also take a look at different dog sports such as agility and flyball.

I'd also suggest putting the behaviour under stimulus control and then actually using it to your advantage by using the 'jump' cue as an occasional reinforcement.
