lol, yeah, he is also more than twice the size of your largest dog... he bites harder... well that and he likes to shred stuff up/dissect it...

you should see him work his dog. Theres like a fifteen min scene in the begining of him playing tug with his mal. It was amazing. The dogs commands are all in french (i think) really fun to watch.
omg! i cannot wait to see it! on the youtube videos it is always him telling others what to do with their dogs...

they call it "value transfer" I *think* basically, you feed the dog only when the toy is around, and feed off of the toy if possible...disk dog trainers will feed puppies off of disks
hmmm... that definitely needs to be looked into... tho i did/do put peanut butter on new toys if he isn't interested in them, wonder if it is a similar thing...

glad my idea wasnt stupid lol
course not hope i didn't make you feel like that!

As for wanting the dog to shove it at you, thats actually interesting as Peyton and Harvick do this a lot, I was not sure what that was about.
lol...lucky! i have to work at it with clover... he will happily go and try to dissect his toys if i quit playing with them... *sigh* not always, but often enough... still, he is getting better....

Oh no no I was being serious not sarcastic I was waiting for someone to make a comment about towels as a tug toy. I would use socks but that is one of Peytons obsessions and Glacier steals my socks all the time so didn't know if this would reinforce it lol

hmmm....I dunno...if the dog already retrieves...not long...you start by throwing them and then you give the socks a name...then teach them to find them....

I use little stuffies. Like those ones sometimes in mcdonalds happy meals xD. Sparky loves playing fetch and then tug-o-war with them. And he knows not to rip it to shreds to soon because otherwise he won't get another toy for a while. Sometimes I use ropes but they usually get destroyed to soon. And if I find old clothes that are torn and i don't like, or don't fit me any more, I cut them up and use them. But none of Sparkys toys would be goodfor your dog i don't think, since sparkys only small
