Question Special Dog Frisbee?

My Husky has recently picked up the knack to catch a Frisbee but he has a problem catching it with the lip. is there any type of special Frisbee that makes it easier for a dog to catch without it coming back and slapping them in the face? or does he just have to learn how to catch it properly.

I think giving more practice is your best bet-I've found all dogs hesitant picking one up at first. But trying smaller lipped ones or cloth ones might work too!

these things are AWESOME! seriously, this is clover's most favorite toy... they float, you can tug with them, they are easy to throw really far, and they last quite a while...

i actually got mine on clearance @ petco, 2 for 19.99 marked down to 2 for 9.99 as they were packaged for christmas, otherwise, i never would have bought them... now that i know how much clover loves them, and that they can last a while, i'd be willing to pay the $16+ for one... totally worth it...

The only bad thing about them is they don't do so well on windy days. A slight breeze is ok, but when windy, it doesn't work so well for us. But on a good day, boy do they sail, lol. And my BC's love them, as well as Chloe. I had a Kong one earlier which I got rid of, kept giving Nell a bloody lip when she would catch it. The Floppies are soft and never have to worry about busted lips, teeth, etc. They are great. Like mentioned above, totally worth it....
