Good TUG toy

Just as the title says, I need a good tug toy to play with my dog (she loves playing tug o war )

I like braided tug rope toy not rubber tug toy.And I like the one that has handle where you can hold. I usually keep it off floor and only when I decided to play,I bring it out and my dog go crazy.Reason behind is that she can eat the rope if she wanted to and,I take it away when play is finished.
I usually play like musical chair if you will.I let her sit nicely and start tugging and I stop the motion and say "down" or "shake" etc and she needs to drop the rope and do down or shake etc and,it is fun.

She's pretty good with her commands , and yeah, I take away the tug toy as well when play is finished.
I think I'll try the rope with handle, thanks.
