Talking Tasha & Woody

Oh my gosh, I love my dog. =D
Don't know if y'all remember, but we live with and take care of a 98-year-old man. Well around 6pm while i was making everyone's dinner, he decided to take the truck up to the mailbox and get the mail. We have about a 100 yard driveway which he drives his old truck up some evenings. He's actually ok to drive up there as old as he is, just not on main roads with traffic and speeds greater then 20 mph... lol.
So anyways he left and about 20 min later my brother looked out the window and saw the truck parked up at the top of the drive out by the apple orchard. We just assumed he was picking apples again (he's apple crazy). About 20 min later it was starting to get dark so I decided to go look for him. I went up to the truck and it was empty and the key wasn't there. I checked the apple orchard and he wasn't there either so I walked around the property a good while (its a pretty big property) looking for him. After my third trip round without any luck I went back to the house and let Tasha off her tie-out. Tasha adores him, and even though she's a bit big and accidently rough sometimes, they're good buddies. ^-^
She didn't stay with me like she usually does on our walks, and I wasn't gonna get on to her for it, lol. She went straight up the drive way to the truck, circled it twice and darted left through the woods with her nose glued to the ground. She went all the way to the fence on the other side of the woods and there he was. I must have passed him all three times. He had climbed over the fence to pick peaches (the tree is on our side, but it hangs off on our neighbors and they let him pick 'em). He had his hat off full of those darn peaches T.T
He barely managed to climb back over the fence with my help and he was too dizzy to walk. Took us a while to get him back to the truck so he could sit down. Then I loaded Tasha up in the back end and drove him home.
I love my dog so so much right now. :3
