Doxie puppy?

Ha, well today I was thinking and remembered something back when I was around 8 years old. I wanted a dachshund puppy, so my parents took me to the park where we were going to meet someone who had "dachshund puppies" for sale. However, they only had one left when we got there. She looked like a regular nine week old doxie pup, but her eyes were all squinted and she was having trouble standing. They simply told us she was the runt. Well we took her home, and after a few weeks, she got bigger. And after a few months, she got bigger. And bigger. And in about a year, she was a 60lb coonhound/lab mix...yeah. We got dipped on that one.

I didn't think I shared this story with y'all, and since I found it funny I decided too lol.

I wish I had a digital picture to show you my mom's first purebred chihuahua!!! Bahahahah

They were even shown the 'parent's when they picked up the pup (this was back in the day, when my mom was young-so like stoneage! lol) and the pup was bigger then the chi 'parents' (luckily my fam loves dogs and knows them-they knew this was an oops litter, and had nothing to do with chihuahua's and were being lied to). He turned out to be what looked like a yellow lab, but quite a bit larger Bahahah I love that story. He actually-I mean the stories I hear-I won't bore you but he's the smartest dog I never met-he sounds ingenious. We've had some really smart dogs but he sounds like he was amazing. He passed a few years before I was born.

Oh and he was Mike btw (Mikey is Mike junior I guess you could say There was Mike, Max, Molly and Mandy-now Mikey )

Mikey, aww that's so cute!
Haha, I was young so I did get a little disapointed, but she started my love for big dogs.
