because their recall isnt 100% and there was another dog on the field hun ... we hold onto their longlines in a case like that or they'd be over there bugging the other dog and owner

their recall is great but not with other dogs around ... sure they will recall on a longline , infact they are perfect ... but once offlead they will dash over to see the other dog and seeing as I dont know anyone with a dog that will allow me to train recall with my dogs (either together or singly) offlead then im not getting any further along in their training in that area

and not all BC's have great recall , like any breed you can get dogs that can never be allowed offlead for a variety of reasons ... The way you worded that made me feel like im not training my dogs properly

Oh by the way my BC does not have great recall either, I think she just gets so lost in the moment!
