The things we do for our dogs.

It was very cold and very windy here today and I have been sick with the flu/cold for a few days so we haven't been doing as much as I would like. Today Stark was going stir crazy so I decided to take him out for a hike in the bush and a good ol' game of stick.

That looks like Texas, but what is all the white stuff.

Great pics, I have a subconscious mistrust of German Shepards due to one latching onto my face when I was about 5-6 years old, but yours seems to be very nice pooches.

No wonder your leery!

You need to be introduced to some well socialized, happy, confident GSD's to change your mind!

Stark says he'll change your mind about the breed.. ***drops slobbery ball in my lap to give to you.***

lol, It In fact the first thing my mom asked me when I ran in the house screaming and bloody was. "So what did you do now," and not "OMG baby what happened, are you OK, let me look at that." My mom already knew I was a trouble maker at that time.

I was playing fetch with our border collie and threw the ball over the fence. I went to retreive it and the nieghbors German Shepard was chewing on it. The only reason why I remember it is because of the pain.

Even though it was my fault, I still flinch when I am around them, which actually makes it worse because dogs can sense that, lol.

Anywho...It looks really, really cold up there right now.

I honestly couldn't tell you why I love them! I had a GSD down the street from where I grew up who jumped the fence and terrorized us all the time (Bit a friend of mine) even after being hit by a car and having one leg amputated-he still jumped the fence and chased us.
But I LOVE gsds-so beautiful and smart and wonderful Beautiful pictures I love Stark

Your lucky-Mikey would not permit sickness-even when I had H1N1 I had to go to the dog park (uncomfortable running into work friends at the dog park when your ordered off sick from work for a week lol) If I miss a day of dogpark (or at least a walk) my belongings get destroyed. Among other things my cellphone and camera met unfortunate circumstances this year lol

Stark just starts to pace, pant and take every toy out of his toy box.. terrorize the cats, Beau.. lol.. then you know it's time to go.

He will even sit by the door and stare at you... lol.

Yup-Mikey does a 'lassie' thing-he runs to the door screams, turns around, sits, then runs to you-jumps full force on you-back to the door, scream turn around sit. OMG I created a monster lol
