After losing our family dog "Chunk," unexpectedly, my husband and
I went to our local pound (horrible place with so much commotion
and a stressful environment for the dogs) and rescued this beautiful
little hound girl (reminds me somewhat of a dingo, maybe it's the color,lol)
It said on petfinder.com she is a lab mix...but mixed with what? What
do you guys think? She looks like she would make a wonderful hunting
dog (though neither of us hunt
).
We just wormed her yesterday and were going to have her spayed
as soon as we can. We took her on her first walk yesterday along
with Nero and she did excellent and really enjoyed it! She is the
most lovable affectionate thing! I think she's glad to be out of
that horrible place, I do feel bad for the other dogs though
...I wish everyone would do their part and adopt and help build
a better shelter for the dogs in our town.
Anyways, this is her...this was the picture that was on
petfinder.com, so sorry that it isn't that great, I will try
to get some better ones up soon.
