um I am thinking the dog needs a new home not one where the stupid woman would most likely allow the moron back in her home. This stuff makes me sick I am just glad someone witnessed it

I'm guessing there was an order of protection or stay away order. Because if he lived there I doubt he'd be getting charged with criminal trespass.

Ah that single part I must have skipped over LOL but it said he was arguing with his girlfriend....maybe they meant ex gf as well?

The guy was charged with animal cruelty and trespassing, which the argument was probably about. Ya know she says "Leave I hate you...ect"
he doesn't leave therefore trespassing, throws the pup out the window. Woman now wants to kill man...ect... I don't think he's comming back.

i'm not sure what i would have done in a situation like that, but i am sure that it wouldn't have been pretty, or pleasant... i hope hope hope that he isn't going to be back... poor dog...

Ugh. How can people be so cruel. To me it's pretty much the same as throwing a human baby out a window. I wish other people saw things the same way.
