Quality kibble that won't break the bank?

Any recommendations for a reasonably priced premium kibble? Meigs is thriving on Beneful, without any of the problems common to the breed. But I'm not averse to raising the bar. Thanks!

If you have a Costco near you there is Kirkland or Natures Domain that is grain free I think it is $25. for 40 lbs
These are the first few ingredients of your food
Ground yellow corn, chicken by-product meal, corn gluten meal, whole wheat flour, animal fat preserved with mixed-tocopherols (form of Vitamin E), rice flour, beef, soy flour, sugar, propylene glycol, meat and bone meal,
In a new food I would not choose any of these ingredients.
Corn wheat and soy are allergy foods, the sugar should not be in the food. The meat and bone meal could be anything, but most of all no real meat
Meat by-products
Meat by-products are ground, rendered, and cleaned slaughtered meat carcass parts such as necks, feet, undeveloped eggs, bones, heads, and intestines (and a small amount of feathers from chicken meat. Meat by-products or animal by-products are common ingredients in commercial dog food. Meat by-products as defined by the Association Of American Feed Control Officials. If you are feeling brave look up rendering plants and see what companies like Purina, Science diet and Iams think is food for our dogs
You want a meat that is names such as chicken lamb or fish no by-products. The healthier the ingredients the healthier your dog will be throughout her life.

If you're like me and don't have a Costco near you you could look into Taste of the Wild. It is pricier than Kirklands and Natures Domain at $42-$45 for 30lbs but a high quality food. It is sold at Tractor Supply Co. as well as many feed stores.

i recommend a lot of the grain free foods. i personally feed taste of the wild and love it. what you have to remember is when you feed a high quality food that isnt full of fillers, you feed less than you would something like beneful. i have 2 great danes, my larger one being 130lbs, and she only eats 3- 3.5 cups a day. if i fed something like beneful i would be feeding atleast 5-6 cups a day.
