lethargic dobie puppy

My 5 1/2 month old doberman puppy has been sleepy, and not as playful lately. She seems to want to be inside sleeping, rather than playing with the others. This is contrary to her usual personality, but subtly. She shows no symptoms of illness, other than the lethargy. Is it normal for her to have periods of lethargy as she is growing? She is growing rapidly right now. I may just be paranoid. I just wanted another opinion, if you don't mind to oblige me with a reply

Take her to a vet. This is the first sign of many things, Parvo included. It is better to take the safe coarse, IMO.

Oh yes, I agree to take her to a vet. Our dog also underwent a lethargic symptom, we thought she was just tired. later she bled, we thought it was her monthly menstruation. A week after, she bled again. so we brought her to the vet only to find out that her stomach is full of water. The next day she died! I was so stunned! Up to now, I couldn't figure out what went wrong with her.

Observe her and see if she has any bleeding aside from being lethargic. To my experience, dogs don't get lethargic for no reason at all.

VET TIME

could be parvo or distemper to name just a few deadly things. Flu? Anything-vet time as soon as possible.

I would definitely take the puppy to the vet. I just had to put 2 of my puppies to sleep for Parvo.
