grey dry spot on knees, pee with reddish color

Hi every 1, i have a 2 years male doby. Recently i see some grey dry spot on his knees n 1 little spot on the head area. what should i do to get rid of ? I give my doby a bath every 1 or 2 weeks. He lives in the backyard n he love to play with dirt.

Just on Sunday, i saw my doby pee out reddish pee. Is that bad ? should i take him to the vet or monitor it ? He is very healthy, playful like every day. I haven't seen any sign of sickness beside reddish color pee.

Time for a vet visit. Blood in the urine is a UTI (which is very painful btw, so don't put it off) or worse.
