Any help appreciated.
Not all worms can be seen. Most parasites are just oocysts (microscopic eggs) in the stool. Maybe get a fecal test run at your vet, just to rule-out parasites? Parasites are highly likely if she eats stool of other animals, espcially wild animals. Also, "worming" doesn't cover all worms. Different parasites require different medication. A fecal exam would ID the parasite, and the right drug could be given. Not all parasitic drugs are available OTC. Fecal exams are usually relatively cheap, and if you have a good relationship with your vet, they may let you just drop off a stool sample without having to bring the dog in for an office exam. If it comes back positive..you may have to bring your dog in then.
Did you have her glands checked by a vet? Or do you know how? They don't need to smell to be a problem, they could be partially blocked. The only way to know is to put a gloved lubed finger carefully you-know-where and check for swelling/pain.
