Cleo starts her treatment after her leg heals up.

The prognosis is actually not that bad for a 10 year old like her. From what I understand they gave her 70 months, but I have to keep a close eye on her and she needs to take benadryll daily. The type of cancer cells she has usually kill dogs but putting them into anaphalactic (sp) shock. My vet explained that this is how most dogs with this kind of cancer die. I am also putting her on a high protein diet as soon as possible, in an attempt to starve the cancer cells out(thanks for the articles Mikey). After tomorrow, Cleo will be a taste of wild dog. We won't go without a fight. I just needed a day or so to regain my wits.
