Great news that her meds worked in such a short period of time! And I was checking in to see if there was more news.

I didn't get a call so I called the vet office...they said the results aren't back yet and they will call me...

she slept through the night again...ate ALL her food (usually leaves half) and went for a walk...there has been no licking, shaking or panting, she still paces a bit.

Does she run around outside at all? I think the positive news (what you have seen) is fantabulous!

She kinda wanders around outside...when I got her she was NOT housebroken by any stretch...wanted to be carried everywhere and would NOT eat dog food....at all... I have a feeling we led a sedate pampered life before living in reality.

she is actually mingling with the others...sitting and taking treats with the others. Being part of the group instead of hiding from us.
still no word yet...its early tho.

I got a call!!!

Soooo...the first lump (the fast growing one) is very likely a cyst...its just really inflamed.

second lump (the large slow growing one) is basically a lump of tissue (like her body is growing too much skin there) and also a low grade cancer.

He said nothing to flip out and be afraid of, if they are removed she should be fine.

Now...they are calling me with an estimate for the surgery tomorro...I asked him ball park and he said around $800...but he says could be more...

Luckily I just sold som' snakes so I have $500 check coming my way( soon, whatever that means lol) and I get paid on friday..... If I can't make it fly this week, (my paychecks are only like $600) then it will be two weeks and the vet said that two more weeks are not a big deal..

so yeah.
