whos dog LIKES baths??

my viszla "stitch" loves warm showers. first dog ive ever had that doesnt sratch and clam out of the shower. he acts just like im petting him. the funniest thing though, is that when i bring the shower head down to rinse him off, he bites at the water comoing out! the water spraying straight into his face, and he will just be biting away trying to get all the water.

anyone elses dog do this?

Haha, yeah. That's what Cannon does. He puts his ears back and looks at me like I've betrayed him. He gets that look when he's being held too - kind of like "I thought I was more powerful than this, but I'm just a little dog, aren't I?". I'd like to make it more fun for him once we've worked on some bigger behavioral things.

Hahaha...!! From my dogs only Liza LOVEs bathing! Even when I am finished she will still stay there waiting for more! LOL! One day she almost fall asleep. lol!

I don't know if it is because she is a poodle and it is supposed to love water (they were used to retrieve from water). When she goes swimming in the sea we cannot get her out for hours! lol!

If it's summer time and we go outside with a water hose, mine love it. Not so much inside though.

Mikey was really phobic of the bath-clammored to get out and was upset. Did a lot of desensiting work and now if we say bath-he just jumps in the tub-in fact I've been startled in the shower before on occaision when he just jumps in with me-without being asked LOL

Does he like them? Not yet-but he's super for them now

I bathed everyone tonight except critter and by far the pit was the most pathetic.

Critter seems to be the best as far as the baths go (perhaps she had been to a groomer since young?) she also will let me blow dry her...

dare I say this is happy? Not sure if its enjoying itself, or insane...

I have a couple of pugs, they both love bathing and got no problems with that... What bothers me is the toothbrushing time...
