I found a great shampoo that I have been using on my english bulldog called Pampered Pet, I bought it from a local retailer and found it on ebay as well. It smells great and lathers well to.

Really? no allergic reaction? I am trying to find a non-allergic shampoo for our dog, any recommendation? thanks.

Try Dr. Bronner's Baby Mild liquid soap. It's not specifically for dogs; you may have to buy it at a health food store. I have always used it on our horses, and now that we have a puppy, I used it on him for his first bath, which was very successful!

Be sure to buy the Baby Mild formula, which is fragrance-free. The nice thing about Dr. Bronner's is that it's completely vegetable-based and chemical-free, so there is nothing to irritate your dog's skin or respiratory system.

Jhonson & Jhonsons oatmeal baby shampoo works great as well. Just remeber with any shampoo, dog or human, be sure to rinse very well.

You may enjoy using Doggie Sudz shampoo by Austin Rose. It's specifically for dogs, gentle for the skin, all natural and even vegan certified.

My favorite overall is Bio-Groom Natural Oatmeal Anti-Itch shampoo. Soap-free, smells great, and lathers great.

Groomer's Edge Oat-Mella shampoo smells good enough to eat and works well, too. PetEdge: Groomer's Edge Oat-Mella Shampoo 16 oz
