I too have a pom, and I totally don't like it. It's really alot of work. I'd rather pay the 18 dollars and get the groomer to do it.
(Oh, for the ladies with acrylic nails, bored one day, tried it on them... IT WORKS!, works better on people then dogs i find, lool)

Thanks for this thread. I've been on the fence about buying it since trimming my dogs nails still leaves it jagged and rough. I saw it at walmart and I'll be picking it up next pay day.
