Have any of you tried this brush? I just ordered one to bathe Lola with. I wanted to hear about your experiences with it. I'm mainly looking for something to pick up the dead hair so that she won't shed all over the place.

I have one and I really like it!:)
I have used it regularly on all of my dogs (past and present) and have always been pleased with the results!
It's actually the only tool I use on Penny. I don't need to worry about any matting since she has a very short single coat, so I basically just brush her with the zoom groom once a week to remove dead hairs! The pekes on the other hand, need to be fully combed out a few times each week, and then I run the zoom groom over them to remove any loose hairs.
I also use it when I give them a bath, like I think you are planning to do with Lola. ;)

Yes, I got my Zoom Groom in, and I like it a lot! I just wish she wasn't such a terror in the bath tub. It would make the whole experience so much more tolerable, and even fun! I was hoping she would like the feel of the zoom groom and calm down in the bath tub, but the second I started brushing her with it in the tub she went berzerk.

I hate anything for dogs from the dollar stores like Family Dollar and Dollar General. Their items got my dog killed, because of their collars. Not starting a rant or anything, but I will never buy anything cheap at the dollar store again, ever. Settled.

I'm very sorry for your loss.
Like with anything you purchase anywhere, some things will pose a risk, be it a choking hazard or breakage issue and are meant to be used under supervision. Obviously you would use a grooming tool under such supervision. :)

Just to be clear, LabQueen, I am in no way suggesting people use COLLARS from the dollar store. So to stick with the topic, if you are looking for something to brush your dog with, or soap them up in the bath, these rubber tipped brushes are not likely to harm anyone or their dog. If anyone would rather spend $14.00 for a dollars worth of rubber, by all means, go right ahead.:D
