Awww, your dog is just cute as all get out and you do a wonderful job of grooming.

I also groom my own dogs, but I have a heads up. I started working for a breeder of show poodles when I was 16 and then went on to work for a top handler of show poodles, shih tzus, maltese, alfgans, basically any coated breed other than terriers. I then went on to have my own pet grooming business. I'll be 50 in a couple days, so I have a bit of experience, .

At this point in my life, I just groom my own dogs, which as far as groomable dogs right now, is one standard poodle. I have a set up in the basement, all proffessional equiptment. And because I just do the one, I'm able to keep him in a nice fluffy trim. Sometimes I get silly and he has to suffer through some artist trims, sometimes I get lazy and just buzz him, but for the most part, I like to keep him in a neat, but still fluffy poodle trim.

The best way to groom and train your dog is to get the training done right at your home. Better Dogs is one such trainer. They provide palm beach dog training and similar services right at your home! You can visit their website for more details.

Good Luck!

i used to groom my cocker spaniel myself, right down to the cute little bow in her ear, i didn't have a table or anything, but she would sit/stand/lay perfectly still for the whole thing and i never really trained her for it, she was just one of those dogs who really "got it" the first time you showed her anything!she was probably the smartest dog ever! (of course, i think they are all the smartest dog ever....)

I had a saint bernard mix that had a lot of hair, and I was ten at the time. I clipped him and everything pretty well. Never nicked him either.
Btw, your dogs are so cute! (:
