Himalayan Dog Chews!

I just bought one for the first time today, and everyone loves it!

What do y'all think of them? Do your dogs like them? Are they hard enough to warrant concern about teeth chipping?

Both dogs love them, though they give Arty the runs. I don't think they're that much harder than th bones fed raw fed dogs.

Nola likes them, but I hate the smell and the bits of treat it leaves around.

They kept Atlas super occupied! I won't spend the money on Lucy though, she enjoys the soup bones enough and they are so cheap. Remy hates them, won't go near them! She's a bull pizzle kind of girl

I accidentally stuck my finger in one of Atlas' chew that was all slobbery. YUCK. It's like gelatinous mush

Yes, the dogs are leaving and finding those crumbs, lol.... So in 2 1/2 hours, the "large" one I got is about half gone. Not sure if this will be practical as a regular treat, but it's better than a bully! We'll see how they digest.

Bully's are the only thing Remy will touch

I think the next dog will get them sometimes though! Whenever that is...

Even Apollo likes them, which is saying something lol. They're expensive enough that I don't buy em often, but they love them.

When you notice they've chewed them down to the point of being a choke hazard put the pieces in the microwave for 30-60 seconds till it stops expanding (it reminds me of popcorn) and then give them that.

Niko loves them. But he loves any kind of food...

I only let him eat a little at a time with supervision and he will lick the crumbs up off the floor once I take the chew away.

I dont think you have to worry about chipped teeth, they arent that long lasting... OH! Once it gets small enough to fit in your dogs mouth I read you can microwave them and they expand. Reduces choking hazard once they get small.

Fearghas demolished the largest one I could find in the space of Christmas dinner. I don't buy them simply because they're so expensive for how long they last. I'd rather spend it on bones or bully's.
