What To Do?

My elderly dog Suzy,(age 13) has very short, very few teeth left. After her "rock" days. She is at the moment eating Dry Chum, although I'm worried that she may be having difficulties chewing them. What could I do to these biscuits to make them softer without affecting the flavour?
Thanx
