Proctor & Gamble buys out Natura! :(

So bummed to hear the news of Proctor and Gamble buying out Natura products which include Innova, Evo, California Naturals, Healthwise and Karma. Natura is now partners with Iams food which supports animal testing. Both of my dogs are currently on Innova and my cat eats Evo dry. I will have to change foods now. I'm so disappointed

Here is an article on it:

Sarah, from someone who is struggling with settling on a diet for Radar, I feel for you. You have both dogfood and catfood down, knowing your pets were eating something they liked and that was good for them and now this.

I hope you don't have too much trouble finding a new food and switching them over.

Dustie

It's just frustrating and even putting the animal testing aside... I think they may end up changing some of the ingredients. It's hard to say, but I don't want to risk continuing to feed them this food and then one day I buy a bag and the ingredients list has changed or something. I am probably going to try out taste of the wild or wellness core. I'm not sure yet.

Wow, I'm looking for something that agrees with Charlie's tummy so I guess I won't be going in that direction. I hate big companies buying out smaller ones. Why is the world all about money why can't products just be about good quality and honesty? Soon everything is going to be owned by just one company and quality will be impossible to find. I may try making Charlie's food.

do you guys realize the amount of products owned by proctor and gamble? Its ridiculous. I unfortunately never realized it and have always used soooooooo many of their products. I am slowly changing as it is tough to throw out everything from your dish soap to your razor all at once and buy all new stuff. UGH stupid company
