Ditto what Emmy posted-also I love Rollover-it comes in treats or a long sized roll (like a sausage) and it's smelly and soft and irresistable

I often use dognation treats for training. My dogs go crazy for them. They are like super soft, little sausages. You can just break them into the sizes you want. But keep in mind that they need to be refrigerated!!!
My pekes also really like the Zukes already suggested to you!

You could also use some cooked elbow macaroni. I know its not a typical treat but its something that Pearl,my white peke, really enjoys.

Soft training treats:
Zukes
Wellness
Charlie treats

Teething:
Bully sticks

OR...you can make your own. We make most of our own soft training treats now. Its cheaper and its healthier. We have to do it mostly because of our 8mo old puppy colitis so I can make treats that help his gut.

Gemma, my elderly Border Terrier, loves Fish4Dogs Sea Jerky Tiddlers. They are small treats that are completely natural and help with keeping teeth clean as well as giving brilliant coat condition.

I believe that Sea Jerky comes in lots of different sizes but the smallest is the Tiddler size.
