I guess making a costume for a dane would be much easier than trying to find one that fits and less expensive too!
I think she looks great. Chloe has such a sweet face...so docile and trusting...aahhhh

I hate when people dress their dogs all the time. My dogs only get little jumpers when its cold, but they're comfy. And sometimes I dress them up for short periods of time for photos. But I don't think dogs like having outfits all the time. what I hate is shoes! I saw a chihauhau on tv with shoes and they were to heavy, she could barely walk. I guess I'm ok if the clothes are comfy, like the above great dane (thats just cute!). But when the dogs are always in dresses and shows and hats. it just looks ancomfortable for them

Its everyone to their own choices. There is nothing wrong with dogs wearing clothes. Personally I think it doesn't suit larger dogs but I know there are lots of people that do buy clothes for their larger breeds.
We have four dogs, the two smallest, Missy (Maltese Poodle) and Millie (Shitzu) actually seem to like wearing clothing, especially in winter (it gets to -50C where we are). The two large dogs Ridgeback and collie would probably eat the clothes..lol. We sell dog clothing on our website so I know there are a lot of people that want them!

I have put dog clothes on Tank and he really doesn't seem to mind. But I don't do it regularly. During the winter though, his feet get cold playing in the snow so I put baby socks on them. He doesn't mind the socks and they also keep his feet from getting soaked.

Dog shoes are usually for protection-hot pavement or a lot of time on snow...

OMG! I totaly understand where you're coming from! My dog Cephus (RIP) he's an AmStaff (Pit Type dog) and his feet would get so cold outside I had to carry him in, so we went to GoodWill and bought him some soft sole baby SHOES (not socks, as those will eventually get soaked through) the shoes lasted so much longer than socks did. With nothing on his feet he coldn't stand to be outside for more than 30 seconds. Not long enough to do anything. I also had to put toddler jackets/coats on him because of course he's a thin coated dog, so he got cold easily in our 30* below 0*F! Now I have another AmStaff and she is the same way!!

My AmStaff now simply shares clothes with my daughter. (the stuff my daughter has grown out of) and it all works out!!
