Help me figure out a size please T_T

Hello everyone!

I'm actually buying a special gift for a celebrity's dog, but I have to base the dog's size off of this picture:



The dog is a female miniature pinscher, and I believe someone told me that she's over a year or two. She's still a growing puppy, but I'm trying to figure out what size to get her.

Do you guys think she'll be okay with a medium? Please share me your opinions and thoughts!
