What breed and sex is my sister dog?

Can someone tell me the breed of this dog and if its female or male? She/he is about 5 months old. I'm thinking its a girl since or private is between her legs, but it sticks out like a penis so I'm not sure.

She is a female..

And she looks like a Maltese or a Maltese/poodle mix

Looks like a bichon, maltese... something like that.

As for the sex...if there are 2 holes in the back it's a female.
If there is only one hole bellow the tail, and a a thing between it's legs
coming up until about were the front of it's back legs are it's a male.
- if ya still can't figure it out go to a vet...

Why are you aksing this? Shouldn't your sister know?
