It seems like a poodle or poodle mix.

BUT make research first before you get one! See what are their needs and if the dogs suits you and your family! Take your time learn about the breed and first of all THINK if you really want a dog. Don't take one just because you saw it on the street and it's cute. I'm sure you don't want to end up giving away the dog.

Oh and BTW Welcome to the forum!

welcome to the forum

i agree to make sure you do research on your breed you want before you go out and pick one. You don't want to be inn over your head after you have the new dog home. To me that looks like a poodle. At the grooming school I went to, there was a poodle puppy that looked exactly like that.

so for example, a toy poodle (what it looks like) is a GREAT breed of dog, but they have to be taken to be groomed every 4-6 weeks and brushed a few times a week in between groomings. They can be susceptible to allergies and ear issues (cus of hair in ears trapping moisture) and can have teeth problems and knee problems (loose kneecaps, called a luxating patella.) they are exceptionally smart and have quite a bit of energy, so they need regular excersize. But make wonderful pets. Of course not every poodle has health issues compared to others, but just weigh the pros and cons of the breed you want

good luck!

Yep, looks like a toy poodle to me.
You could start, by going to a local dog show and talking to the breeders or you can find a poodle rescue like this one
Florida Poodle Rescue - Adopting abused abandoned dogs | Adopt Me or
you can search for poodles in your area with
www.petfinder.com

or you could join a poodle forum and ask those who own them, how to go about adding one to your family. I'm sure they'd have many connections and priceless information
Good Luck to you in your search
