i agree to make sure you do research on your breed you want before you go out and pick one. You don't want to be inn over your head after you have the new dog home. To me that looks like a poodle. At the grooming school I went to, there was a poodle puppy that looked exactly like that.
so for example, a toy poodle (what it looks like) is a GREAT breed of dog, but they have to be taken to be groomed every 4-6 weeks and brushed a few times a week in between groomings. They can be susceptible to allergies and ear issues (cus of hair in ears trapping moisture) and can have teeth problems and knee problems (loose kneecaps, called a luxating patella.) they are exceptionally smart and have quite a bit of energy, so they need regular excersize. But make wonderful pets. Of course not every poodle has health issues compared to others, but just weigh the pros and cons of the breed you want
