Had a friend who had 2 Pyrenees. Very beautiful, sweet dogs! They had lots of sheep that the dog kept watch over. I have heard they have aggressive tendancies though, they need super intense socialization! especially some of the breeds not as common in the US, like the Akbash and Kurdish Kangal. Not really a family pet, but an AWESOME working dog!
