Hi
I have received an email(shown below) from a family that has a puppy from a litter my pointer/beagle cross. The dog is three years old now and the family has recentley moved and he is continously peeing in the rented house. I dont want to see him uprooted from his home for this. Does anyone have any idea whats going on?

I am hoping you can help me out ..I am having a huge problem with Buster since we moved to our new house in November with peeing everywhere whenever we leave the house even if it was for 30 min. I have tried rewards for good behavior and don't believe in hitting him for something especially after the fact. I am totally frustrated as this isnt our house and he is staining the floor and such with the constant peeing..I am hoping since you are very familiar with the breed you might have a pointer or two to help out..If all else fails we will have to look for a new home for Buster and I REALLY don't want it to get to that point as we love him very much . Our landlord is getting very upset and wants him out...unfortunately we need to live here and if it comes down to the roof over our head or busters the choice will have to be him ..Please help if you can ..Shanda"
