I have to draw the line at dressing the dog in tutus and pushing it around in a baby stroller. I saw this at petco. I thought there was a baby in the stroller because the lady was cooing and talking to it but it was a dachshund in a pink frilly dress. Not to sound too valley girl but I was like totally kinda freaked out. I guess I should be glad she was talking to a living creature and not a plastic doll.

You don't have to anthropomorphisize to know that flooding has the same negative responses, all one has to do is watch the animals during flooding. No comparison is needed there.

On another note, people who tend to anthropomorphisize, also tend to not use harsh training methods, so if I had to pick I would rather see that than someone yanking/cranking etc.
