I am so excited to find this forum!! After 8 years of having to type for lawyers full time and doing dog portraits part time, I'm able to be home with Otto doing my dog art fulltime and can spend a little time on the internet chatting with other dog and art lovers!!

I'm so excited to see other dog artists here! Isn't it funny how we all have the same interest but such distinct styles? I'd love any helpful hints you might have and more than willing to share anything about my art with you!

Anyone else doing children's portraits in addition to the dogs? I've just started offering them and so far, so good.

Today I finished up a kitty portrait, I don't do as many cats as dogs, though.
